Kindly allow 2-5 business days for our team to carefully and purposefully process, prepare, wrap and ship your order to you.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an update to the email address provided on the order so you can track its whereabouts as it is in transit to you.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected.
While we have done our very best to connect with the best delivery providers out there, we are at their mercy once your package is in their hands. After we ship your order, deliveries can take 7-14 business days for orders within India depending on your delivery location & shipping provider.

Damaged/Opened Package
If you receive your package and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at info@turtlelabs.co.in
