What this site is

A group website. It explains what Turtle Labs is, which businesses it owns, and where each one stands. It sells nothing, hosts no accounts, and takes no payments.

Where a venture is marked Taking shape, it has not launched. Nothing on its page is available to buy or sign up for, and any capability described is intent rather than a commitment to build or a date to build it by.

Registering interest

Registering interest adds your address to a list so we can tell you when something opens. It creates no contract, reserves nothing, guarantees no price and gives no priority. We may decide not to launch a venture at all, in which case we will delete the list rather than repurpose it.

Contact and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, and neither does our reply. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Any figure discussed early is indicative; work begins only once both sides have signed a written proposal, and that document governs the engagement rather than this site.

What belongs to whom

The design, code, words and marks on this site belong to Turtle Labs or to the clients who commissioned the work shown. You may read it, quote briefly with a link, and share pages. You may not copy the design or code, republish substantial parts, or present the work as your own.

The names Turtle Labs, BrandOS, Natural Intelligence and US - The Useful Store, and their marks, belong to Turtle Labs.

Using it properly

Please do not submit forms automatically or in bulk, use details that are not yours, probe the site's security without written permission, or scrape at a rate that degrades it for others. If you think you have found a security flaw, tell us at info@turtlelabs.co.in rather than demonstrating it.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep this site accurate and available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. It is provided as it is, and to the fullest extent the law allows we exclude implied warranties.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Where you have a signed contract with us, its liability terms govern that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, though we would far rather resolve a problem by talking. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
